Asterisk - "No response after sending a page" why?

When sending a fax via Asterisk - FAXOPT.
FAXSTATUS FAXERROR while
FAILED No response after sending a page
Why is this?

Option 1: The fax machine on the other side does not respond. Accordingly, after the set timeout ends, Asterisk fixes the error.
Option 2: The fax machine on the other side receives the page, but does not acknowledge receipt after the transmission is completed. With similar results on your side.
