Asterisk connection to DB?

Please tell me if Asterisk can access the database, the database will have a table with contacts, each contact will have a real number (it will not be seen) and next to the number there will be a column with fake numbers, consisting of random numbers or characters, which will displayed on an incoming call. Is it possible to do this? And also, will Asterisk be able to use a spoof number for an outgoing call, that is, when I dial this spoof number, Asterisk accesses the plate in my database, compares the spoof number with the real one and calls the real number.

Accessing the database is not a problem, see ODBC settings.
You can substitute fake numbers for calls within your PBX.
