asterisk: can the username for authentication not be the same as the context name

Hello everyone
At the moment I create peers in sip.conf like this

[peer1]
secret=blah
...

And then in the softphone I prescribe such a pair of username / password: peer1 / blah.

But I would like to separate the context name (peer1) from the username used in authentication. For example, do something like:
[peer1]
username_for_authentication=MySipClient
secret=blah
...

So that later it was possible to register MySipClient / blah in the softphone config, and use the peer1 name only in the dialplan.
Is it possible?

UPDATE : I found a similar question here. asterisk-support.ru/question/15221/username-i-auth-username-chto-to-changelos/
I don't know how old this topic is, but it seems that the subject in the default asterisk is impossible.

@alz

peer1 is the name of the peer. Why did you call it context?
