asp.net mvc. HTML VS CSHTML + JS?

Hello. I have a question. Do asp.net mvc projects use html + js instead of *.cshtml? I recently worked with spring mvc and used html + js and I find it more convenient. Thanks in advance for your reply.

You are confusing concepts, cshtml is a view file where Razor syntax is used, html is a normal page with html code. If you want to use html pages - use. Nobody bothers you, only there you will not be able to insert C # code through Razor

CHtml is just a template engine, the question is fundamentally wrong.
