Good afternoon, I would like to ask where to start learning on Asp.net mvc core? Learn C# from scratch or start learning .net right away. I would like to hear advice from you, because in this direction a complete layman.
English level (B1-B2), time about 7-8 hours. I would be very grateful for help.

.net is a platform, a set of APIs. This API can be used in many languages. To get started, learn the language, in the process, get acquainted with many of the platform's APIs, while they are associated with language constructs. Understand the principles of OOP, and only then you can proceed to a specific part of the platform, in your case ASP.Net Core. Asp.net mvc core does not exist, there is just ASP.Net Core.
