ASP .NET Core Web Api connect db?

Hello everyone, I have an ASP .NET Core Web Api application that I deployed to Azure, now there is a need to add a database to the application, I used EF Core and worked with a local database, now I need to connect a real database. I created a MSSQL database in openwork, how can I connect it to my application correctly?
