ASP.NET Core multiple pages or multiple ifs?

Hello!
I would like to ask what would be the right thing to do - there are 4 tables with different data and a link to each of them.
Is it reasonable to create a new cshtml to display each table, or do everything on one, but, say, indicate in the ViewBag which table we will display, and write 4 if blocks on Index.cshtml, where we will display the desired mark in the ViewBag table?

What will be more correct?
