ASP NET CORE How to get configs?

There was a need to store serialized objects as configs. There is an idea to use Data Access Object as a singleton. at the first start, load and deserialize. but suddenly there is something built-in (I didn’t find it with gkglezhkoy) ..

Well, save it in json, and then deserialize it at startup. How to get the path to the working directory, user profile and other standard directories in google.
