As a legal a person can pay Amazon?

Habravchane, hello, I had a non-technical plug, help me out.
We needed to use Amazon SES, but only credit cards are in the payment methods. In our accounting department, I was told that we cannot pay by card in foreign currency and without an agreement, because currency legislation and blah blah blah.
Are there AWS Resellers in Russia? Maybe some other payment methods?

I don’t know if it works in the Russian Federation, but in Ukraine it is possible to pay with currency from a hryvnia card, those transactions on the account will be in the national currency. Of course, the contract and other payment documents will not be provided, only a bank statement. If the accountant can do this (other costs or something else), then this is an option.

Buy as an individual for yourself. And only then let the accounting department make out the purchase from you. If the amount is not large, then no problem.
