Artifacts on the screen after installing Ubuntu on the tablet. Need a video driver?

Good afternoon.
Installed Ubuntu by Ian Morison on a tablet (Digma 1803). It was installed normally, but as a result, white artifacts on the screen and poor image quality. Monitor identified as unknown.
Do I need to install an additional video driver?

Hello, install using text mode, and then deal with the driver for the video card.
