Artifacts and display offset in htop?

Weird issue with displaying htop on one server.
We have: 2 servers, bare putty, ssh connection to the server, htop
Everything is fine on one server, and on the other there is such htop:

What could be the problem?
ps As I could come up with requests - I googled, but so far nothing has come up. Therefore, here it is rather just a hope for someone who has come across this.
