Articles in Russian and Ukrainian in the same category. How will PS react?

I have a Russian-language site , designed for an audience from Ukraine. I have a question - if I occasionally add articles, of course unique ones, in Ukrainian. That is, in some sections there will be articles in Russian and Ukrainian. How will this affect search engine optimization? How will search engines react?
Z. Y. It probably makes no sense to make a new section for the Ukrainian language ... since there will not be many articles.

It seems to me that if links from article lists contain hreflang everything will be fine.
