Arranging Wifi HotSpot for guests?

Hi all!
There is a task to organize wifi-Hotspot for guests to access the Internet. The network will be open, without a key. The main requirement is to be allowed on the Internet using a login-password or a voucher, which will have to be generated by a secretary or administrator every time access is needed.
There are no big restrictions in the budget, but I want to build the right, budget and stable solution, since the solution is required for small businesses.
So far I have found the following solutions:

I looked at DD-WRT, but I didn’t find a clear description - can someone share?
the same question - what do you recommend to use access points? PoE?
Any advice and experience is welcome!

On a note, the price difference between Unifi and Cisco is huge.

Use Unifi, you won't find a better solution for the money.
I have 6 points, more than 2000 square meters, about 100-130 users. The flight is normal.

I hate everyone who generates some kind of keys, if you want to give a convenient Wi-Fi, make it open, without unnecessary authorization, if you don’t want it, don’t do it better at all, every time I feel a terrible negative when I get hooked on a point and the authorization window pops up.

It is best to use equipment from Mikrotik to organize a wifi network: price + quality = excellent result! Zixels and tlinks for these things are better not to even consider - they are good, but in another way: at work at home.
There are services that, as above, already provide services and equipment: enforta.ru , estwifi.net and many others
