Are you disturbed by conversations / telephone conversations in the office? Or are you abstracting?

Are you disturbed by conversations / phone calls in the office to focus, write code, for intellectual work?
Or do you abstract and do not notice, just as a background?

They don't interfere. "Telephonists" are separated from the developers. Conversations in the negotiation or lobby are talking. If you need to ask something quickly, text on Skype. Headphones are soundproof.

If someone nearby is mumbling on the phone, and headphones with music only distract when you need to focus on a task, try using earplugs. Simple, cheap and effective. They help me.
