I was surprised to find that with a Ukrainian VPN I can’t get to some sites (in particular, online casinos, the same casino-x.com). All resources show the same stub with similar text. Okay, in Russia, Roskomnadzor, registry, everything. But I have never heard that operators in Ukraine are obliged to do this.
Friends, who knows the details, on the basis of what and by which departments is access to these resources restricted?
