Are these traces of a virus?

Good afternoon,
I have a pirated Windows 7, updates are prohibited.
I recently discovered this on the C drive, are these traces of a virus? Kaspersky doesn't seem to find anything.

inside strange folders, like this:

I want to reinstall the system, how now to make sure that the copied files do not have this muck?

This is not a virus, not installed Windows update packages. Most likely, the update center setting "check for updates, but do not install automatically" used to be. Updates were downloaded but not installed. You can safely delete them, but you may need to dance with a tambourine because of access rights. But in safe mode under administrator, it will certainly allow you to delete it.
