Are there variables in Group Politics or how to create shortcuts?

Greetings comrades!
In general, I created a simple shortcut to the employee's personal folder using GPO (see attachment)

So here's the question: There are, for example, 40 employees. You will not make such a policy for everyone to add 1 label. Here in the screenshot there are abbreviations for the locations of system files (highlighted in green). Is it possible to extract the full name of the employee from the AD card and insert a similar abbreviation in the place highlighted in red. The result will be a label for those on whom this policy will hang.
Or here there are no options and you just need to create one policy, and to it it’s already easy to create a script that will tie up the folder.

@Franciz

You can use environment variables - %username% for example. Accordingly, daddies should be called the same, and not their last names.
If you want by last name ... Well, again, you can create an environment variable with it, or you can create a shortcut with a script on PS / VBS, which is more to your liking, where you get a last name from AD and create a shortcut.
