Are there utilities that bring to the Win7 user interface the same innovations that were introduced in Win8?

Of course, I don’t mean tiled ModernUI (don’t remember by night), but, for example, strict window design, or graphical display of traffic when copying / transferring files, etc.
There is a precedent for this - I remember that utilities (or groups of utilities) were made for WinXP, bringing the appearance of the OS to that of Win7. Often, software that adds missing functionality could simply be ported over from Win7—say, Windows Sidebar.

And why not go "from the opposite" and try to bring Windows 8 to the form of Windows 7? something like www.classicshell.net/ if ModernUI doesn't suit you.
