Are there utilities for ternary comparison?

It took a strange one. Utility for comparing 3 versions of a file, preferably with support for different repositories.
In fact, we are now in a decent mess, one repository has been frozen, the second one is being edited, and there are a lot of operational edits right on the live. Accordingly, you need to compare it all and juggle with the code.

In general, are there such utilities?
