Are there tlb files for Open Office?

Is there such a thing? Can't find it on the official site

You misunderstood something at the *nix level of users and rights, WordPress has nothing to do with it. Firstly, 777 cannot be set, never. Permissions for folders should be 755, for files - 644. But the owner of files and folders should be a web server. And the owner is set with the chown command, not chmod. Chmod changes permissions.
