Are there third party contractors kickstarting third party projects?

Has anyone heard of or encountered companies that provide "kickstarter launch services"?
That is, they are probably residents of the USA / Britain / Canada, with experience in successful funding, ready to present projects of other countries and teams on kickstarter, respectively, to help with both the launch and design / promotion, etc.
