Are there task and project managers similar to Jira Agile interface?

Colleagues, good afternoon!
I really liked Jira's AGILE approach to issue management. Their AGILE and Kanban board is just perfect, but I don't like a couple of things:
1. The interface of the cloud version is not translated into Russian (the server part is not considered, I have nowhere to put it);
2. The system is very heavily overloaded with all sorts of settings, I want it easier;
3. Cloud JIRA is slow, no one on my team likes the download speed.
Please advise a task manager that would have an excellent user-friendly interface with support for the Russian language (it is possible without, but without a bunch of settings), had a cloud model with flexible rates - we are ready to pay. The system is needed, aimed at the development and work around the development (we make sites, sites and sites). It will be very cool if the solution supports GitHub to work with the code.
I found Trello - the system is not bad at first glance, but maybe there is a "bomb" that I don't know about?! :-)

Check out kaiten.io. It is as easy to set up as Trello, but it has full kanban support and a good analytics module. Allows you to work with multiple boards on one screen
