Are there such countries?
— where unlimited Internet at the level of 720p from YouTube costs about $20-50/month
— where renting a house without neighbors sharing a toilet, shower and stove (all this must be present) at the level of $500/month
— where you can stay for 5 years without renouncing the citizenship of the Russian Federation on a tourist (or close to it) visa, albeit with short-term (and cheap) trips to states adjacent to the country you are looking for
- where you should be ashamed to buy alcohol or be drunk
- ...
In general, are there any countries where you can spend 5 years to live on $1000/month, having unlimited access to the Internet and without much risk to health and the Russian atheistic mentality (except for booze - I'm ready to sacrifice it).
Or will the pig find dirt everywhere?

The issue of long-term residence in another country goes far beyond visa-accommodation-internet. More than 90 countries are visa-free or conditionally visa-free for Russians. Cheap internet is available almost everywhere. Cheap housing implies a low standard of living for the local population, for example, and not everyone can calmly observe poverty and devastation outside the window on a daily basis.
You can make the right decision only by visiting the country you are planning to move to in advance, or by carefully listening to the advice of a friend who is close to you in terms of your perception of the world.
And you can just “flip through the catalog” somewhere on the Vinsky forum forum.awd.ru/viewforum.php?f=76
Kaliningrad. And it's not a joke.
Internet 40 megabits 700 rubles.
Renting an apartment from $350.
Today (May 21) there was a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Poland and Germany.
The exact results are still unknown, but at this meeting they should agree on the distance at which you can go to Poland and Lithuania without visas.
Poland has already announced that in autumn it will allow residents of the region to travel to Poland without visas (we look at the selection carefully) for up to 90 days in six months.
And from Poland, sitting on a Ryanair plane for 50-80 euros, you are anywhere in Europe :)
For example, in Spain, where a liter of martini costs 6 euros :)
Come to us in Kharkov (Ukraine) :)
A couple of good providers give the Internet at prices of 90-120 UAH ($ 12-15) for a decent 30+ Mbps (in the tariff scale it is indicated as 100, but it's clear that 100 is not will).
For 1000 bucks a month you will live here very well. Although this concept is subjective, I guess. See what your needs are.
That's just with the mentality and alcohol ... Although depending on what area you live in. After the move, I began to swear at my city much less :)
Azerbaijan.
6 Mbit / s now costs 80 euros (for 720r it will be enough).
For foreigners, knowledge of the state (Azerbaijani) language is not necessary - Russian and English (if you know) will be enough for you. A visa is not required, but registration will be required.
The average salary in the capital is 350-400 euros. The cost of rent varies, but in general, about $200-400.
I think everything depends on the third point. A cheap non-stress visa for five years is a problem.
Personally, I have so far settled on Tae - perhaps the most poppy country. So far for one year on a study visa.
Because of the third point, only the CIS countries can be offered, for example, Belarus, Ukraine
Thailand, for $500 you will rent a normal house :) for $50 you will have your own line of megabits for 6 + enough for the phone payment.
Of course, they drink here, but these are tourists, do not live in those areas, but rather closer to less tourist places.
Local if they drink, then only in a cafe and do not strain, there is no drunkenness as such.
The visa regime is very favorable to the Russians.
We love it here :)
We have already written about Thailand, but there is a significant drawback in the form of a hassle with visas. You will either have to travel regularly to the border, or enroll in a university and get a student visa. But then you have to study :)
An alternative option is Cambodia, in particular Siem Reap. Cheaper than Tai, no hassle with a visa, but the infrastructure is worse.
About the Internet really ... 30-50 dollars - a lot!
We have 10 MB unlimited for about 500-600 rubles
By the way, if the author is from St. Petersburg, everything is much simpler.
All Petersburgers are given a free Finnish visa at your registration (and it is suitable for any Schengen visa).
Accordingly, the issue of registration has disappeared as unnecessary.
