Are there specific links to setting up an NTP server for a mikrotik hap lite router?

Earlier I asked a question, here is the link: How to set up an NTP server for a local network on a router (as a separate (additional) device)?. In short, a device that should perform the functions of an ntp server, namely, transmit the exact time for local devices through itself - mikrotik hap lite (rb941-2nD). But most of the instructions for setting up an ntp server on Mikrotik come down to the fact that you need to download an additional file with the necessary functionality from the off site and upload it to the device. There is no file with the ntp server function for this particular device model (see above), so the question is whether there is a specific instruction or a way to configure the transmission of the exact time from an ntp server on the Internet through Mikrotik to the local network, NOT passing all traffic through this same Mikrotik (i.e. that the Mikrotik itself be a separate device in the local area, connected using a single ethernet cable)?

If in short, then he stupidly has too little space and this package was abandoned. Buy something more suitable

As an option

/ip firewall nat add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat comment="NTP address translation" dst-address=106.187.39.38 protocol=tcp to-addresses=104.237.141.197
