Displaying video from the source (mp4, webm) on any device with a choice of video quality (like on YouTube).
Source - 1 file of any video format.
Of course, you can take a dedicated server and use FFmpeg to prepare a video of the required resolution on it, but the doubt crept in that someone is already selling this bike.
Are there any dedicated video cdns?

In RuNet there is cdnvideo and ngenix , and abroad there is a wagon and a small cart of such services, the leader is most likely Amazon.

You upload files to us ("we will digest" any popular format), we store them. VOD works in conjunction with our network of CDN servers (100+ points of presence), distribution comes from them.
You can agree on the terms of a free trial (duration and traffic).
