Are there solutions that can require a repost for access to information?

I made one resource where I posted very useful information. And I don’t want to take money for it, but I want to develop the resource. To do this, I think the following scheme will work:
Allow the user to download the information provided by me (I personally scanned and digitized the notes for 5 years of study at the university) in exchange for (optional):
1) pressing the "tell friends" button in any of the social networks
2) affixing somewhere a link to a site or just its address and feeding the site a link to a page with a backlink
3) press the button "I'm a selfish goon" and the window will close just like that
Tell me if there are any existing scripts or solutions for this.

There are a lot of scripts, actually.
Starting from ready-made and paid and free solutions for each CMS and ending with just JS scripts.
Google "social lock script"
There are even services that provide such functionality
