I used it for notifications from my services and applications of the telegram bot.
But I wonder if there are utilities for notifications (not mail), preferably with a mobile application.

For example, a new line appeared in the log file - trigger sending.

If you use ELK or something similar for logs, then you can set up alerts.
If the logs are just a file, then it is unlikely that it will be more convenient.

Can be done in the Botodrome. Here is an example of a notification about events in the VKontakte community in a Telegram PM. By the same principle, you can make notifications about other events, including changes in the file (the watch node).
