I don't want to buy hosting for the sake of one task cron.
Are there services like cronjob.ru
Or maybe there are free hosting with cron?
Or upload a file to a free hosting and install crons on this site cronjob.ru ?

Hosting costs 3 kopecks. While writing the question, we would have already earned a year of hosting.
