Are there ready-made solutions on how to properly build the data accounting logic?

Good afternoon! The toaster helped me more than once with useful information, I hope for your help, because I can’t find a suitable solution anywhere.
The task is to record data on commodity balances (income/expenditure). Since the assortment is small, I decided to do accounting directly in exel, but I ran into a problem at the time of implementation.
The problem is that the client will receive the final product (1 unit), which consists of n-number of ingredients that just need to be taken into account. And here the usual solution is not suitable - to pull the product from the base by article, since it is not the product itself that needs to be counted, but the number of ingredients that were used to create this product (there are about 20 products in total, and about 100 ingredients). Are there ready-made solutions for this task or can someone tell me how to properly make the accounting structure of such a table?

Excel is not reliable. Better make a table in the database ingredient + income + consumption. Next, write a query that will generate dates and hours for a period and overlay the rests from your table on top.
