Are there ready-made solutions for embedding a metro map (for now, only Moscow is interested)
The technology does not matter yet

Or, if it does, how difficult will it be to convert the diagram from Tyoma Lebedev into a digestible format, so that you can then hang click handlers on each element in svg?
