In addition to performance, pay attention to energy efficiency - you take it into a laptop. i7 4750HQ and i5 7300HQ are terrible in this regard, the fan will constantly spin, make noise, eat battery like crazy.
I would take it with the i7-7500U, the difference in performance and price is much less than power consumption

The i7 U series is the wildest deception of consumers, and the only difference from the i3 is in the turbo bus and a couple of technologies.
I consider the i5 7300HQ and i7 4750HQ normal.
But 4750hq is a Haswell series processor, and is from 2013.
But the 7300hq is a more interesting model, Kaby Lake, 2017, and it costs much less.
