Are there ready-made solutions for application parameterization?

I don't know if I am asking the right question, please correct me if I am.
To begin with, it is worth defining the term parametrization . I don’t know if everyone uses it or if it’s only used in our company, but for us it means transferring all the options, settings and general application data to some separate storage where it’s convenient to manage and change them. That is, if, for example, there is an application in which all the settings are hardcoded, and the customer suddenly decides that he wants to be able to change them all, then we raise the base, throw all the data into it, for this base we write some simple muzzle that, in fact, can only CRUD; This is what is called parametrization.
So. There is a SPA application that seems to be like a personal site, but there is not one or several pages, but quite a lot, and in general everything is complicated there and, as a result, beautiful. Are there any ready-made solutions for angular with the help of which you can quickly transfer all data (meta info on the site, article titles, actual texts of articles, etc.) to some place where the user can go and, having a friendly interface , to edit this data?

You need a CMS for such things. Umbraco is popular with us
