Are there ready-made scripts for the media library?

For work, it is required to collect a bunch of media for partners - photos for the press, videos, logos in various formats. I want to make it beautiful, not just a dump. I'm persistently looking for scripts to organize such a library, with a generic preview for both video and photos, including TIFF, and for files like PDF, AI, EPS. Previously, everything was great on minus.com, but the freebie is over, there are big restrictions both in size and in file formats. Has anyone dealt with something like this? Paid or not, it doesn't matter.
