Are there ready-made SaaS solutions for trade automation?

Interested in ready-made solutions for trade automation. Namely, there are 2 dental clinics. Now accounting is kept on a piece of paper (in a journal). We want to introduce a discount system with cards. Issuance of cards with barcodes, we will buy a USB barcode scanner in a keyboard gap that works.
I would like to maintain a customer base in such a system that a cumulative discount system would work. Moreover, each card can have several patients, and the discount is the same for all (for example, family members or acquaintances, etc.).
Because there are 2 branches, then you need to have a single database.
So far, the idea has occurred to me that it will be on the web (SaaS solution). Ideally, there would also be a fiscal to fasten (well, or a receipt printer).
Do such systems exist or not?
Well, if there are, and even free ones.

Of the "cloud" programs, a very good workabox . My sister has her own retail business - so she uses this service. As far as I know, there is a marketing module there for sure - my sister issued discount cards and gift certificates. You can also draw up questionnaires for clients, even enter your own unique fields - as far as your imagination is enough. The general functionality seems to be nothing either - at least there were no complaints from my sister.

Here I also search for the ready decision. So far, only 1C is in mind, but somehow I don’t want to. Better something SaaS and on the Web.

As far as I understand the task, any online CRM will do here.
I would recommend looking towards Microsoft Dynamics .

Here's a sketch of the system requirements:
Requires a discount system that works in the web interface.
To organize the discount, plastic cards with the EAN13 barcode were issued.
DS includes the following processes:
1. Issuance of a discount card
2. Administrative interface (users, reports on the client, setting savings parameters)
3. Service provision and cost calculation
Work in the system should be only from an authorized user, you can use certificates for authorization, in addition to basic login/password authentication.
The DS should have 2 interfaces: operator and administrative.
The operator interface is intended for issuing discount cards and providing services (cost calculation).
The administrative interface is used to view the full history of operations, set limits on savings to switch to a different discount percentage, and manage system users (operators).
Consider the operator interface:
Window, at the top right, the "exit" button.
In the center is a large button "New service (payment)"
Just below this button, a smaller button "Issue a new discount card"
Let 's consider the process "Issue a discount card
" : filling in information on the client:
a. Full name
b. Date of birth
c. Phone
d. Email
e. Button "Discount card". If you click on it, then you are prompted to enter the number of the recreation center or consider it a barcode scanner.
And a "Save" and "Cancel" button.
2. The operator, having entered all these data for the client, presses the "save" button and the dialog box disappears. This completes the process of introducing a new client.
Consider the process "Provision of services (payment)" :
1. After clicking on the "Provision of services (payment)" button, the operator opens a dialog box where you need to enter the amount of the service and the choice of 2 buttons "Find a client manually" and "Read discount card".
2. If the operator selects "Find a client manually", then the database of clients is opened, according to which the operator selects the desired client.
3. If the operator selects "Read discount card", then a window for entering information on the card opens, where you can manually enter the card number or read the data with a barcode scanner.
4. After selecting a client, the operator presses the "Calculate" button.
5. The window changes, where the following information is displayed:
- the initial amount of services
- the amount payable, taking into account the discount
- the current percentage of the discount
- the percentage of the discount after the payment is made (in case the payment occurs at the border of the transition from one percent to another)
- the amount of savings on the card
- the required amount of savings to move to the next level (this is calculated as if the current payment has already been made), if the level is already the maximum, then display that the card is with the maximum discount.
In this window there are 2 buttons "Confirm" and "Cancel".
If the operator selects "Cancel", then he enters the main menu, and all changes are not saved. If you select "Confirm", then the information is entered into the database.
Administrative interface
There are several functional blocks here:
- user management
- viewing the database and information on customers
- editing the conditions for changing discounts depending on savings

Try RegionSoft . We partly sit on them, it should suit your requirements. True, desktop, but not even very expensive.
