Are there ready-made platforms based on neural networks for categorizing images?

We have: a regularly updated stock of images.
Required: assign tags (categories) to images from a given list
. The ideal solution, obviously, is to use a neural network that will be trained on examples. But I really don’t want to bother with deploying my own neuron. Maybe there are some ready-made services / platforms where I could download the training corpus, train the grid, and then just pull the API, passing images and getting a set of tags?
