MSM allows you to surf the network to other machines if the MSM agent is installed there.
You can parse data through bash and send it to any monitoring system. The same zabbix is suitable, for example, which was already mentioned above + there are probably even ready-made templates. I also met somewhere an interesting visualization with sending data from the console utility to grafana.
