Are there php vacancies where they work with only one framework?

Or are framework experts not needed and will be thrown to do whatever they want?

In addition to local and not very web studios that serve a large number of people, there are also companies that develop their product or are outsourced on a long-term order.
In such cases, there is precisely a well-known stack of technologies in advance.
Look for an employer who develops and maintains long-term projects on the framework you are interested in.

If you are really a framework expert - submit your resume to the team that develops it (well, or any company that is mentioned on its official website).
In ordinary life, you will be required to work not with the framework, but with the terms of reference...

Judging by web studios:
They like to shove everything in vacancies, often the development manager is not even involved in compiling a resume. In work, one platform will be used almost all the time, on which there are already developments, on which you can quickly assemble a project for a client to receive money and take the next one. Occasionally a client comes who wants to assemble a project on a non-core system, recently such orders are simply subcontracted to other studios.
On the other hand, cool specialists hardly limited themselves to only 1 framework in their careers and probably at least felt the others, that's how much they tried and you can judge the professional level, from the point of view of employers.
