Well, there is php-ext, and yet I recommend not to use anything like that. Once tried ExtPascal, crap. I highly recommend separating the client side from the server side, not mixing php and javascript.

there is a project www.ext4yii.com/ integrating between yii and extjs (Ext JS Library 3.2.1), but it doesn't seem to be very free.
