I'm learning HTML/CSS, I decided to make a website, downloaded the layout, but I don't know much about Photoshop, maybe there are courses for layout designers? Or tell me what will be enough for layout?

Для верстки будет достаточно методом тыка посмотреть что есть в фотошопе, посмотреть пару видео на ютюбе аля "фотошоп для начинающих".
Главное научиться делать спрайты и отделять мелкие детали, к примеру есть фото в формочке, формочку нужно сохранить в пнг без фона.
