Are there other social bookmarking services?

About 10 years ago, "social bookmarking" services were popular, which allowed organizing the storage of bookmarks with assigning tags to them, adding a description, commenting and the ability to search bookmarks from other users.

I want to somehow organize all those links that I want to read and read sequentially by category, leave some comments on them in order to be able to find them in the future by searching "by what I read", and not all over the Internet.

Is there something similar left now, maybe someone uses or heard of something similar?
