Are there options for integrating the ToDoIst scheduler with the Russian-language boxed CRM?
Good afternoon!
Our company has been using the ToDoIst scheduler for a long time. As a planner, we are very satisfied, but now there is a need to implement a CRM system for the sales department. All CRM-systems imply not only maintenance of the client base, but also duplicate the functions of the scheduler. Adding tasks to both ToDoIst and CRM is inconvenient, but adding them only to CRM will not work, since only the sales department will use the system, and the whole company uses the scheduler (many tasks overlap with other departments).
The requirements for CRM are as follows:
1 . The system must support a boxed solution (saas solutions are not considered);
2. The system must be Russian-speaking;
3. The system must support the ability to integrate with the scheduler.
The purpose of the system implementation: maintenance of the client base and preservation of the history of interaction with clients. ToDoIst, unfortunately, does not support this functionality. Wouldn't want to give it up.
There are some English-language solutions, but, for obvious reasons, they do not suit us. There must be something for Russian-speaking users. Maybe someone has already encountered a similar problem?
