Something that supports:
- distribution of user conversations by tabs
- several agents-consultants for correspondence
- working with states so that self-written automatic scripts can be connected.

and all through a bot? hurt.
I think they are making money on this for the time being - that's why there is none anywhere. or so inefficient that nobody cares.
so there are two options:
1) write it yourself
2) think again whether it’s worth it, can it be more elegant
