Are there online styles for MS Word according to GOST (for example, for writing a Diploma)?

MS Word has a serious styling tool. Headings, paragraphs, quotes...
Departing from the question, I wonder why all people suffer from time to time, add a lot of spaces, empty lines, manually edit each heading and paragraph, and do not use styles...
Is there a ready-made "design" or a set of these styles that would satisfy GOST RF? Defined padding, font sizes, and more. There are much better typography options, more pleasing to the eye, but you cannot enter into a dialogue about beauty with GOST. It is necessary in centimeters, so the indents are in centimeters.

Found the style of the bibliography under GOST. This is more important than just heading styles, since it is impossible to set up the correct links in square brackets to the bibliography, the order of this list and the order of words in the list element using standard word tools, and you need to cut an xml file with many thousands of lines.

Just in case - specify the country. Plus, you can search not among word styles, but among other markup tools, such as LaTeX. Read here: Is it possible to write a thesis in Markdown?
