Are there neural networks that work with correcting the text by meaning?

Here, for example, I have an old book of the 19th century, it is written in the Russian language corresponding to that time. The book is glued from photographs. Converting photos to text is not a problem. The problem is that some words are written in the old way (the differences are insignificant, of course) and in some places there are errors (for example, the letter is not the right one) associated with the translation of the photo into text.
Are there tools, services where you load text that is meaningless in places, and they return it to you in its normal form, with commas, periods, without errors, with the removal of extra words (if any), etc.?
Thank you.
