Are there methods to create a new/separate MAC without a VM?

Can you please tell me if there are methods for creating a separate / additional MAC address on one computer without creating a virtual machine? For example, how to create a New User in Sphere with its own country / browser settings, etc.

Again, in Linux, you can:
- change the poppy address of the card
- additionally bind another poppy to the card
- create a bridge and bind a bunch of virtual ports to it with your poppy addresses.
