Are there higher-level counterparts to Knuth's "Art of Programming"?

Perhaps someone has already translated all the algorithms from Knuth's books into C or another language, and you can use them in parallel with reading the book?
Otherwise, please advise a more modern analogue of Knuth's work (albeit less basic and fundamental), if you know it.

What does "modern" mean? His whip is still writing, much more modern ....

In 2015, issue 6 of Satisfiability was published, representing the middle third of the future volume 4B.
