Are there handwriting search tools?

Several similar questions have already been here, but I want to ask it in a new way. There is currently no software that can recognize handwriting. Finereader has handwritten text recognition capabilities - ie. with separate letters. Perhaps, in the near future, full handwriting recognition tools will be created.
I am also interested in the task of recognition in this version. There is a scanned array of handwritten text, with different handwriting. The manuscript contains examples of the spelling of a word or phrase that must be found in other places in it - preferably all mentions. This is a more specific problem, but it seems to me that it is easier to solve than full recognition.
Do you know such programs?

it’s easier to solve by bringing both the text and the inscription into printable form,
up to the subject itself - one of the most popular / practiced in ML, probably in second place after the pictures,
