Are there generators of random 3D models based on certain parameters?

On the last picture, an example: relatively recent news, about engineers who used a neural network and generated some power structures that can carry a large load compared to standard solutions.
That is, at the input there is a set of macros or geometry, maybe fractals, based on this, models with certain parameters are generated. Does such a generator exist?
