Are there generally accepted standards on which it is customary to rely when compiling TK?

I wonder if such standards exist in the West or, for example, in Japan (which has long been famous for its practice of continuous improvement of production processes, development - kaizen). In the end, web development is the same area of human activity as, say, the production of aircraft. Are there really no GOSTs in our region yet?

Of course there is:
Specification for RUP (Software Requirements Specification)
IEEE 830-1998

  • General Product Description
  • Design and Implementation Limitations
  • Description of each function (name, id, description, priority, "impact-response", reaction to expected errors and actions)

+ you still need to take into account that GOST defines the general concept of the document (composition of sections, how and what to describe). What kind of TK will turn out after the fact is determined by the compilers (executor, customer).
Therefore, the result is often different.

PS The concept of vision is often used in web development. The primary document with the vision of the product by the Customer (compiled jointly). Usually often taken for TK
