It is necessary to implement offline maps. The task was generally solved using OpenStreetMaps maps. Standard bundle mapnik, postGis, osm2pgsql, openlayers. But for each country on the world map, osm uses the local language. Is it possible to implement similar functionality, but at the same time have a map in Russian. And I mean open solutions, not commercial ones.
